Diego not only focused on how to make places more diverse, inclusive and equitable, but also mixes executive coaching techniques to work on the limiting beliefs of leaders that often delay the processes of incorporating global policies.

Tomasino provides a practical perspective to address the issue of diversity in Latin American companies. He comes to give great strength to a movement that does not have enough tools and that will enable a new generation of inclusive leaders to triumph.

Aleyso Bridger

Based on his personal experience, Diego Tomasino combines in an entertaining way real testimonies of men and women who, like him, lived through the hectic process of “coming out of the closet” and being accepted by their families and co-workers. These pages reflect how by facing themselves and society they have managed to grow professionally and personally.

SERVICES

Hi, I'm Diego.

I am an Executive Coach passionate about business diversity. I help organizations to live the values of inclusion and equity to achieve a work environment that allows them to obtain the best benefits. Certified Coach and Public Accountant, with more than 10 years of professional experience doing financial consulting in Latin America. From the moment I decided to "come out of the closet", managing to close that invisible gap between sexuality and job success has become my passion. And on that path, coaching was a vital axis for my preparation and finding the best techniques to create more inclusive places, working from the transformation of people. Now I want to help you break paradigms and revolutionize your organization!
